FIRELINE AIRCRAFT (FIXED WING)
WILDLAND/URBAN INTERFACE SAFETY
STUDENTS CAN EXPECT TWO 15 MINUTE BREAKS IN THE MORNING, A HALF HOUR LUNCH, AND TWO 15 MINUTE BREAKS IN THE AFTERNOON
This is a competence-based course and requires passing a written exam with a score of 70%
WHAT TO BRING:
Part of this course may be held outdoors, please prepare appropriately
Please wear closed toed footwear at all times.
These are 8 hour sessions, with two coffee breaks and a half hour lunch. Please bring adequate food and water.
Day 1: Pencil/Pen, Notebook, and any supplies you wish for a classroom session.
Optional: Hardhat, hi viz vest, boots and any supplies you wish for a practical, on-site field session.
Loki Tree will provide spare PPE for those who do not have it.
